Protecting my health with vitamins??? - breast cancer osteoporosis
There are many ads out there to protect their health. Every day I hear warnings about heart disease, breast cancer, osteoporosis, psychological problems, and hundreds of others. I'm in my early 20s, and we want to start protecting my health now. Besides good food and exercise, I tried to take vitamins, to take care of my body. But there are so many different vitamins like different things. Is there a good multivitamin to protect against most, if not all the issues of women's health?

Personally, I do not believe, take multivitamins, because they only have enough vitamins everything that our body needs. Thus, individual vitamins buy - it costs about $ 50.00 for a supply of 2 months.
Its great for a vitamin multinationals!
If you eat healthy and training opportunities is much smaller than those who do not.
not a strong word, but if you take the risk much better.
Be careful, there are vitamins that do more harm then good. Ask your doctor they know best

Any good qaulity brand multi-vitamin is probably correct. Some people with medical problems requiring iron May somethign else (such as tablets for anemia), but not the average person. Not all companies want to make money selling things that people do not need with questionable benefits. Good luck.
Yes - One-to-day multivitamin for women. Find in the supermarket in a box orange. A multivitamin is probably the safest way because it attempted to find vitamins and create your own combo can cause more damage because it is such a thing as too much of the good guys!
So - you can buy flax seeds and sprinkle on foods that are good for you!
